.COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, .BIZ and other non-UK domains

1. Start at http://mya.godaddy.com/
2. Click the "Manage Domains" link to open the domain control centre.
3. Click on the domain name that you want to transfer.
4. Click "Manage" to change the lock on the domain.
5. Change "Lock" to "Unlock" and click the "OK" button.
6. Make a note of your Authorization Code (EPP Key).
7. Click the "Send By Email" link to send the Auth Code/Handle number to the listed admin contact for the domain name. The appropriate registry for your domain extension will then email you with further instructions on transferring your domain to Hostroute, so please ensure you check your mail regularly.
8. Enter the domain name you wish to transfer into the box below to proceed with the transfer, then click Checkout Now.

.UK domains

1. Enter the domain name below, click Transfer and then Checkout Now to complete the transfer order on our end.
2. Go to http://contract.1and1.co.uk and login.
3. Choose the contract that contains the domains.
4. Select either "Cancel Entire Contract" or "Cancel Selected Domains".
5. Choose the "Execute On" option for the domain.
6. Change the cancellation option to "Change Provider".
7. Click "Continue"
8. Enter our IPS tag: HOSTROUTE
9. Click "Finish".

Hostroute will send you an email to confirm you are the owner and complete the final transfer.

.COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, .BIZ and other non-UK domains

1. Start at http://contract.1and1.co.uk and login.
2. Choose the contract that contains the domains.
3. Select either "Cancel Entire Contract" or "Cancel Selected Domains".
4. Choose the "Execute On" option for the domain.
5. Change the cancellation option to "Change Provider".
6. Click "Continue".
7. Go to the 'admin.1and1' control panel (not the 'contract.1and1' control panel) and unlock your domain.
8. Click 'domains', then select your domain and click 'info'.
9. You will then see the Authorization code (EPP Key), make a note of this code.
10. Enter the domain name you wish to transfer into the box below to proceed with the transfer, then click Checkout Now.

.UK domains

1. Enter the domain name below, click Transfer and then Checkout Now to complete the transfer order on our end.
2. Go to http://www.uk2.net/move_away/login/. Please be aware if your domain has been with UK2 for less than two years, UK2 will charge you to move the domain away from them.
3. Enter the domain name that you want to move, then your account password and click the 'Log In' button.
4. Scroll down until you see the box 'Enter Nominet TAG'. In this box, type in 'HOSTROUTE' then click the 'Update Now' button.
5. You will see your domain on the next screen. Click on "Yes, transfer (name of domain) to HOSTROUTE" and then fill in the payment form to allow your domain to be transferred.
6. Confirm your payment and submit.
7. You will then be presented with a reference number on screen with instructions to print out and fax to UK2.
8. UK2 may ask additional questions to prove your identity for the transfer.

Wait until you get confirmation from UK2. If you don't hear from them, contact UK2 support to confirm the transfer has happened at http://support.uk2.net/. Within 48 hours, UK2 should have changed the IPS tag.

.COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, .BIZ and other non-UK domains

1. Start at http://www.uk2.net/move_away/login/. Please be aware if your domain has been with UK2 for less than two years, Uk2 will charge you to move the domain away from them.
2. Enter the domain name that you want to move, then the password (this is your account password), and click the 'Log In' button.
3. Scroll down until you see the box 'Enter Tucows domain' and in this box, type in your domain. Then click the 'Update Now' button.
4. Then you will see your domain on the next screen. Click on "Yes, transfer (name of domain) to (name of domain)" and then fill in the payment form to allow your domain to be transferred.
5. Confirm your payment and submit.
6. You will then be presented with a reference number on screen with instructions to print out and fax to UK2.
7. UK2 may ask additional questions to prove your identity for the transfer.
8. Wait until you get confirmation from UK2 who should now provide you with your authorization code. If you don't hear from them, contact UK2 support to confirm the transfer has happened and request your authorisation code at http://support.uk2.net/.
9. Enter the domain name you wish to transfer into the box below to proceed with the transfer, then click Checkout Now.

.UK domains

1. Enter the domain name below, click Transfer and then Checkout Now to complete the transfer order on our end.
2. Go to http://www.ukreg.com. To transfer a domain away from UKreg, you'll first need to check if it was initially registered at UKreg or if it was transferred into UKreg from elsewhere.
3. Click on the "Members Login" link at the top of the page.
4. Go to UKreg and select "Configure Domains".
5. Select the domain you'd like to move and choose "Change IPS Tag".
6. The IPS tag for Hostroute is 'HOSTROUTE' enter it here.

If the domain was transferred into UKreg you must also send a fax, on headed notepaper, to UKreg providing the following information:

• The new IPS tag name
• The username and password for your UKreg account
• The domain name

The support fax number for UKreg is 0870 888 3555.

.COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, .BIZ and other non-UK domains

1. Start at http://www.ukreg.com and login through the ‘Members Login’ link at the top of the page.
2. Select "Configure Domains" in the middle of the page.
3. Log into your UKreg account.
4. Select the domain you wish to unlock.
5. Click "Confirm".
6. Contact UKreg support and ask them to send you your Authorisation code (EPP Key), make a note of this code.
7. Enter the domain name you wish to transfer into the box below to proceed with the transfer, then click Checkout Now.

.UK domains

1. Enter the domain name below, click Transfer and then Checkout Now to complete the transfer order on our end.
2. Login to 123-reg account using the "Member's Login" button.
3. Using the scroll bar on the right hand side of your web browser, you should now be presented with the blue section and a drop down box that contains a domain name. Next to this drop down box is a button that says 'Modify Domain'. Select the domain you wish to modify from the drop down box and click the Modify Domain button.
4. You should now be at a new page. Select the option you require:
   • Change Nameservers (enter your new host's name servers)
   • Change IPS Tag (enter HOSTROUTE IPS Tag)

.COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, .BIZ and other non-UK domains

1. Login to 123-reg using the Members login button.
2. Using the scroll bar on the right hand side of your web browser, you should now be presented with the blue section and a drop down box that contains a domain name. Next to this drop down box is a button that says Modify Domain. Select the domain you wish to modify from the drop down box and click the Modify Domain button.
3. Click on 'Manage Domain Locking' to unlock the domain name.
4. Return to the previous menu.
5. Click on Request Authorization Code. Your Authorization/EPP code will be sent to the registered Admin Contact (Admin C) of the domain name.
6. The admin contact must be a valid email address that you have access to in order to receive the authorization code. If the admin email address is not correct and is in need of an update please follow the instructions below to do this.
7. To modify your Admin C email address for top level domain names, click on Modify Contact Details to update the registered admin email address for the domain name that you wish to transfer.
8. Enter the domain name you wish to transfer into the box below to proceed with the transfer, then click Checkout Now.

.UK domains

1. Enter the domain name below, click Transfer and then Checkout Now to complete the transfer order on our end.
2. At your domain's current registrar, change the IPS tag to 'HOSTROUTE'

Once we receive notice that the IPS tag has changed, your domain will be marked as Active in your CORE account.

.COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, .BIZ and other non-UK domains

1. At your domain's current registrar, unlock your domain, and acquire the EPP/Authorisation Code, which is required during the order process. This will most likely be sent to the administrative email address on file for the domain.
2. Once you receive the authorisation code, enter the domain name you wish to transfer into the box below to proceed with the transfer.
3. Click Checkout Now, and continue the process.
